I wish to thank people who have quoted me and/or linked my website/blog. If you want me to acknowledge, please send your links and I will add them to my webpage.
New poems uploaded on my website - www.saberiroy.com/poetry.html

The abstract for the Melbourne Screen Futures Summit 2011 is also up on my website. Let's see whether I can locate the presentation and put that up as well. Link here for abstract

Egypt

The Egypt Revolution as I noted elsewhere is a part of a greater Arab revolution. The Arab world is changing - there is a definite Arab revolution in the Middle East and Northern Africa as all authoritarian regimes are facing direct and strong opposition from the people. The Arab people are reacting to the difference between the world out there and the rigid conditions in their own home country. Open and easy access to information, increasing connectivity and awareness on human rights and democracy issues are clearly making the Arab world hungry for change.

I will soon write an article on this and will post an update here.

Homosexuality

I was going through some internet articles on homosexuality and most of them are so appallingly wrong and misleading and homosexuals are so frequently branded as harmful to society. I have here provided my explanations on homosexuality, its causes and social implications.

Republishing..

Hey guys/ladies - Please, if you are using my articles on your website or republishing in your magazines, first of all give me credit and mention my name secondly don't squeeze them around or shred them and add bits and pieces from other places and add my name as the author. I'm writing this, as I've seen such things happening. I'm giving away some of these essays for free and it's unfair if there is any misuse.

I have now decided to put up an Original version webpage where all my work will be available in their original version so the readers will know what I endorse and what I don't.

Thanks very much for appreciating my work.

Rights to my work

To my readers and well wishers:

Lot of my work, including stories, poems, articles are posted online and I received quite a few mails for translations rights, curricula inclusion rights, adaptation rights and so on. I would like to emphasize that no part of my work could be translated or adapted at this stage either for my poems, articles or stories as they will finally depend on the publishers.

Having said that, I remember having consented to use of my work for non-commercial school curricula inclusion and if you are using my stories and/or poems in your school curricula, please get back to me and I'll be very grateful. This only applies to people I have directly given consent to include my work in the curricula. Please do not use my work in the curricula if there has been no direct consent from me.

Thanks and best wishes to all my readers.
